One transaction means one individual accounting record entered during the month, such as a sales invoice, supplier bill or expense, customer receipt, supplier payment, credit or debit note, or journal entry. An invoice or bill counts as one transaction regardless of its line items; a separately recorded payment or receipt counts separately.
We enter the agreed accounting transactions from the documents you provide and prepare monthly reporting from the recorded information. The reporting format, document timetable and accounting period are agreed before work begins.
These packages exclude tax filing, GST/VAT, corporate tax, annual returns, registrations, payroll, advisory and all other compliance services. They do not include the business compliance retainer, annual financial statement finalisation or consultation meetings.
Separate tax compliance: The business compliance retainer is PKR 25,000 per month and includes monthly Sales Tax (GST) return filing and one annual business income tax return. View the retainer scope.
These are professional bookkeeping fees, separate from taxes payable. Transactions above the monthly limit require a separately agreed scope.
